About the artist

Originally from London, United Kingdom, Simon C. Page was born and spent his early life there, establishing a name for himself as a notable graphic designer. As a child, Page was drawn to graphic design, however, his attention was captured by Applied Mathematics after finishing school. His intrigue led him to earn a degree in the subject from the esteemed Queen Mary University of London.

Page first dipped his toes into the professional world by accepting a finance position within a property firm. However, his career path took an unexpected turn when he began exploring programming and database development. It was at this point that he was assigned with creating corporate presentations, reigniting his dormant passion for graphic design.

Page's graphic design has a distinct sharpness, embodying a geometric and mathematical beauty. His unique talent has garnered numerous accolades for his striking collection of international science exhibition posters. Moreover, he has been recognised for his exceptional work in designing promotional posters for the International Year of Astronomy and the International Year of Chemistry. Page's work reflects the influence of Swiss design and the Bauhaus movement, where he expertly distills shapes and forms into a minimalist yet abstract style.
