About the artist

Timothy Craig, born in 1970 in New Hampshire, obtained his Master's degree at Boston University, mentored by John Moore and John Walker. His fascination with printmaking, sculpture, and decoration has cultivated the tapestry-like feel of his vivid new cityscapes, painted across various places he's lived, including Boston, San Francisco, India, and his native Manchester, New Hampshire.

He aims to capture the stunning beauty of the world around us in his art. With a playful attitude, he creates decorative two-dimensional designs that represent reality, highlighting lyrical lines, and harmonious colour arrangements. His application techniques are unique, often carving the thick paint with a linocut or a Dremel tool to emphasise the design's flatness or using a printmaking brayer for texture.

Now residing in Santiago, Chile, with his wife Amy, Timothy devotes his time to painting, mastering Spanish, and pursuing a Theology Master's degree.
