About the artist
Charlene Mullen, a London-based textile and home accessories designer, has been praised by the Sunday Times for the quality reminiscent of a past age in her monochrome prints. Drawing from her fascination with traditional Blackwork embroidery and hand-drawn lines, Mullen creates fascinating surface patterns. Boasting over 15 years in the textile industry, this Middlesex and Royal College of Art alumna runs a Shoreditch store and collaborates with Royal Doulton, adding to her existing hand-embroidered cushion collection.
