About the artist
From Mississippi, Alec Parker refined his artistic talent early, inspired by local scenery. At six, he received charcoals and a sketchpad, and grew to master acrylic figure painting, earning top honors in a high school contest. Furthering his studies at the University of Georgia via a fine arts scholarship, he developed a deep fascination for Cubism and icons like Picasso and Braque.
